Hillsborough schools reopen after Hurricane Milton

Thank you to our Hillsborough County teachers and staff who worked around the clock to get kids back to school following Hurricane Milton. So many of these dedicated team members were impacted personally by the storm, but that didn’t stop them from coming in this week and working tirelessly to get buildings and their classrooms back in order. As many classrooms had been converted into shelters, including those at Sickles High School, they needed to be turned back into learning centers. We applaud the hard work of all of those who went above and beyond to ensure students could get back to learning!
